Tuesday- Page 99 Test Wed-Thursday- Test Prep / Harlem Renaissance poetry Friday- USA Test Prep- do this at home if you need to be out for religious observance. Directions for signing up / logging on: If you already have an account, I have you added- that is most of you. I do not have your passwords, so if you can't remember yours, you may need to reset it. The last day this will be accepted for credit is 4/23. Log onto www.usatestprep.com if you already have an account for another class. To create an account: Go to https://www.usatestprep.com/create-account Account ID: pope Student activation code: newton21 Create a username and password you will remember. Make sure you put in a working email address in case you lose your login. To join a class, search for Lesie Lopez's name(alphabetical by last name). Join class: American Lit. We will reading Their Eyes Were Watching God beginning 4/29, so you will need a copy of that text or an audio version by that day. The test will be 5/14. If you have excessive testing that will make that time frame difficult for you, you may want to start earlier.

Thursday- Read Parallel Novels, Review literary terms, Begin Harlem Renaissance Poetry Packet- "Theme for English B" by Langston Hughes. Friday- Read Langston Hughes's "One Christmas Eve" - test prep *** Be sure to be using time at home to work on your vocab.com and reading your parallel novels. Your context essay (test) will be Tuesday 4/16.
